Behind The Garden dinners are back, and we are transporting you to Spain along with our friends from TVL Culinary, and Cream Wines. To make this night even more extraordinary, we are honored to welcome renowned guest chef Rick Gresh to our kitchen. We are excited to have Chef Rick Gresh, a culinary maestro known for his innovative cooking techniques and passion for live-fire cuisine, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.

We will embody the Spanish spirit by kicking of the summer solstice with our version of Noche de San Juan. For those unfamiliar, Noche de San Juan is more than just a celebration; it's a cultural event that brings communities together, blending religious traditions with pagan rituals centered around fire. It marks the beginning of summer, symbolizing light, warmth, and new beginnings, everything we are about at Village Tap.

Join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate with a spectacular Spanish multi-course dinner cooked over a live fire, complete with exquisite wine pairings! We will prepare a variety, of our take, on traditional Spanish dishes, cooked over an open flame to bring out the rich, smoky flavors that define this festive cuisine.

Welcome tapas, Octopus Salad, Xicágo Dog, grilled pork and meat board, finishing with a chocolate dessert. Each course will be paired with carefully selected Spanish wines, ciders or spirits to enhance your dining experience. Adding to the festive atmosphere, porrons will make an appearance! Experience the fun and tradition of sharing wine from these traditional Spanish wine pitchers, adding a touch of authenticity and joy to the evening.

This is an evening you won't want to miss – a night of great food, fantastic wine, and wonderful company, all in the cozy atmosphere of Village Tap’s beer garden. Doors open at 6:30pm, Dinnner at 7:00pm.
