Dear Village Tap Friends
We are serving up a delectable Taco Special featuring wood-roasted Tacos Al Pastor cooked over live fire. Picture succulent, slow-roasted pork, marinated to perfection, and paired with the sweetness of pineapple, all served on a warm tortilla.
But that's not all! We're kicking off the evening in style by celebrating the 5th anniversary of Goose Island's Lost Palate, made by our dear friend Johnny Coffman. This bold and flavorful brew is sure to elevate your taco experience to new heights. Proceeds from the sale of Lost Palate will be donated to the Lurie Cancer Center.
To add an extra kick to your tacos, we've teamed up with Soothsayer Hot Sauce, a local favorite known for their handcrafted, small-batch sauces. We'll be featuring their El Scorcho, a collaboration with Johnny Coffman. This zesty creation will take your taste buds on a fiery adventure. You won't want to miss this chance to spice up your evening!
Good news for hot sauce enthusiasts! During the event, you'll have the opportunity to purchase bottles of Soothsayer Hot Sauce to take home with you. Elevate your at-home meals with the same flavors that make our tacos extraordinary.
Mark your calendars for October 24th at 7 PM and join us at Village Tap for a Taco Tuesday extravaganza that promises to delight your palate and ignite your spirits. Bring your friends, family, and fellow foodies for a memorable evening of great food, refreshing drinks, and fantastic company.
We look forward to sharing this special night with you. See you at Village Tap!
