We will be open at noon on the 4th of July. Weather permitting we will be smoking some Slagel Family Farm Briskets for your enjoyment. In addition our full menu will be available. We will also be tapping Hop Butcher for the World Galaxy Bowl Riff and Maplewood Brewery & Distillery Mr. Shakey with Peach. Come by and have lunch and some beer before your own celebration. Brisket will available while supplies last.
