We are excited to release two more variants of Collective Arts Brewing Origin of Darkness Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stouts and their Barrel Aged Imperial Porter. We will be tapping the following beers at 5:00pm:

Collaboration with Brewski Inspired by classic Swedish desserts we combined the flavors dark chocolate, vanilla and bourbon with juicy strawberries and the bright character of lemon balm.

Collaboration with Wild Beer Co.-an homage to our mutual love of Asian cuisine. We added freshly caramelized white miso to the bourbon barrel-aged stout. The combination of earthy Unami, dark chocolate and bourbon vanilla is a truly delicious experience.

Imperial Barrel Aged Porter- Aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for over a year, this new Collective Project delivers a smooth combination of rich chocolate flavors from our Imperial porter, married with vanilla and warming alcohol from the barrels.
