What’s on Tap? Bell’s Honey Hearted. Thursday, May 12, 2016.
Join us Thursday, 5/12 for the tapping of a very rare and special beer, Bell’s Honey Hearted. Prior to dry-hopping, Bell’s takes their revered IPA, Two Hearted, adds honey and performs a secondary fermentation using champagne yeast. The result is then aged in Traverse City Whiskey barrels with orange and lemoin zest. ABV 16.7% 🙂 If that’s not enough, we will also be featuring a new session pale ale from Bell’s called Oatsmobile, brewed with oats, along with the beloved Two Hearted and the summer seasonal, Oberon.
